We not only offer top-notch clinical care but other resources to enhance your dining services, including diet ticket and menu management software, budgeting software, sanitation audits, training manuals and tiered menus to accommodate every budget. Our team of nutrition professionals include: Registered Dietitians (RDs), Diet Technicians Registered (DTRs) and Certified Dietary Managers (CDMs) who have extensive training and expertise in a variety of clinical and operational healthcare settings.

TARA VALE, RDN LD
CEO, Director of Clinical Services
Tara is a co-founder of NutriTech LLC with over 25 years experience in the long-term care industry. She has worked as a consultant dietitian to multiple long-term care communities and as VP of Clinical Services for a nutrition management company. While serving as VP of Clinical Services, she led her team of Registered Dietitians and Dietary Technicians through citation-free surveys while helping the company double its team of clinicians. She understands the essential leadership role of the consultant dietitian in providing exceptional clinical care as well as support to the operational staff to assure resident satisfaction and quality of life.
LEA LOTT, RDN LD
CFO, Director of Menu Management &
Technology Services
Lea is a co-founder of Nutritech LLC, with over 25 years of experience in the long-term care industry. She has worked as both a consultant dietitian and as a corporate director of nutrition services for an expansive chain of nursing homes providing professional oversight and management to a team of Dietitians, Food Service Directors, Administrators and Clinical Nurses. She has provided the training, education and resources needed to maintain an excellent track record of regulatory compliance with local, state and federal regulating authorities.
She has experience with GPO’s and understands the "ins and outs" of maintaining dietary budgets. She has designed commercial kitchens from the ground up and has experience opening several nursing homes. She is a registered ServSafe instructor and proctor as well as an authorized trainer for Ohio’s level 2 food safety certification.
DEVON CHRIST, RDN LD
VP of Clinical and Operational Development
Devon is a partner of NutriTech LLC and provides an essential support role for clinical and operational care. She has gained an extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations while working in both the acute and long-term healthcare continuum. She has been citation-free as a clinical consultant and has the expertise to help provide the survey preparation your facility needs to stay compliant and increase resident satisfaction.
